Situated close to Chichester just to the South of the City, this charming annexe offers luxury, comfort and convenience. Perfect for Goodwood events, a weekend getaway by the sea, business trips and more.

You have the entire home to yourself, including a private courtyard garden, private entrance, off road parking and electric car charging point.

Modern and well equipped kitchen with full range of utensils, dishes and silverware. Combination oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster, fridge, pots and pans and other cooking basics, dining table and chairs for four and a large single sofa bed. LCD Flat Screen Digital TV. Complimentary Wifi available.

Off street parking with charge point for electric vehicles. Self contained, private walled garden with seating and BBQ facilities.

 10/10 - 5* We love staying in Littlebeads, we've have returned 3 times, so far! Everything you could want for a get away and so much more space than the pictures would have you believe. Clare and Simon are fantastic hosts, nothing is too much trouble and communication is excellent. Littlebeads is perfectly placed for you to be able to access all the great things on offer in the area. Bus service on the doorstep is a great option and the walk to Chichester centre along the canal is beautiful. Can't wait until our next visit!

It was lovely to sit outside in the evenings with a drink and relax, or to wonder to a local pub down the canal path. The accommodation was amazing and the small touches made it feel special. Inside was covid safe, with hand sanitiser and masks provided. Littlebeads is in a great location for local walks, a quick drive to the beach or a stroll around Goodwood. We loved how close everything was and being able to fit a few things into our day. We could not of asked for more, and would recommend anyone to visit!"

Littlebeads has a lovely king sized bed in the bedroom and a single sofa bed in the living area (including a separate 'topper' for comfort). Littlebeads is perfect for 2.
Strictly no parties/hen/stag-do's - a lot of care and attention has been given to Littlebeads and it shares our family home space, so we like to keep friendly with our neighbours!

Littlebeads is completely separate to our home. You have your own front door and separate walled courtyard garden - perfect for an evening BBQ or morning coffee before setting off to a Goodwood event or to visit the nearby beaches. There is ample parking on site.
Yes it is strictly a smoke free home - inside and out.

Tea and coffee facilities are included as standard.
When booking direct with us towels are included. If booking through a third party booking site there is an additional charge of £10 per person. 
I'm afraid we aren't able to accommodate guests' pets at Littlebeads.
